What fitness classes do we offer?
Boot Camp, Tabata, Strong YOU™, & Pilates. These classes offer Our team fitness programs are for all fitness levels. You can burn tons of calories in as little as 30 minutes with a brand of fitness that employs unique body weight training, core conditioning, muscle endurance tactics, and much more! You will be energized with your workout partners.
Is Club Inhale/Exhale only for those who are physically fit?
No. All fitness levels are welcome to join. No one will be asked to complete more than they are are capable of doing safely. You will be challenged regardless of your fitness level.
How long are the Personal Training or Fitness Class Sessions?
All sessions normally last between 30 to 60 minutes (but will never go over an hour).
What if a session is scheduled and there are snowy/icy conditions?
We occasionally cancel sessions during severe winter weather for the safety of our clients and staff. With our fitness registration software you will receive an email that will give you updates on classes.
What time of year does Club Inhale/Exhale close?
Club Inhale/Exhale closes during the times listed below:
Between Christmas and New Years – December 25 through January 1st
Club Inhale/Exhale may decide to close during other occasions as deemed necessary and appropriate.
Is there any time of year that the fitness class session times are held outside?
Yes. Strong YOU™ will include various workouts that will be held outdoors
What types of exercises are included in the Club Inhale/Exhale program?
There will be such exercises as: circuit training, speed and agility training, sports specific training, core conditioning, cone drills, plyometrics muscle endurance, cardiorespiratory fitness, cardio boxing, & much more!
What can I gain from Club Inhale/Exhale?
Toned, more fit body. You will lose inches, flatten that tummy, tone those muscles and increase your energy without a single treadmill or bench press machine! You will gain more confidence and sense of gratification when recognizing performance and visual improvements. We guide our clients through Mind, Body & Soul.
What if I am running late?
Sessions begin promptly, so please note the days and times of your sessions and make every effort to arrive to camp at least 5-10 minutes early. We must get all of our clients checked in and ready to ROCK OUT! In order to remain compliant with the fitness industry standards, it’s extremely important for your body to be properly warmed up before we begin our workout and therefore, late comers will NOT be allowed to participate if absent during check-in and warm-up. We want you to be safe and healthy!
Are we are Co-Ed Private Fitness and Nutrition Studio?
Yes! Workouts are designed for ALL fitness levels. We work with many Couples!
What should I bring to a Club Inhale/Exhale session?
Members should bring the following:
- an exercise mat (if during our outdoor season) if you do not have one, we have them for sale $12
- a water bottle
- ENERGY & EFFORT!!
Will I be sore from a Club Inhale/Exhale workout?
Most people feel soreness for the first 2-4 days. However, everyone is different. Just remember that soreness is part of the process.
How many calories can I burn during a Club Inhale/Exhale workout session?
The number of calories each person burns per session varies. However, depending on your body parameters (type, composition, intensity, range of motion), you can burn tons of calories per session. We have seen a range between 300-938 calories in a 60 minute workout.
How soon will I see results?
Performance (Cardiovascular) improvements can take place in the first week. Visual (physical) improvements can take place in 2-4 weeks depending on your level of effort. Note that each person’s results will vary.
Will I get a discount if I refer a loved one or co-worker to Club Inhale/Exhale’s Fitness Classes?
Yes! For every person you refer you get a discounted rate for your following month.

Terms and Conditions Policies:
Recurring Billing Cycle: All Club Inhale / Exhale fitness classes are month-to month memberships and are based on a 30 day recurring billing cycle. Your first payment will occur immediately and recurring charges will be processed every 30 days until membership cancellation is requested. No exceptions. Club Inhale/Exhale offers 90, 180 and 365 day pay ahead discounts at 10% off per month. Must allow 90, 180 or 365 days’ notice to cancel pay-ahead policy or you will be charged accordingly. No exceptions.
Punchcards Recurring Billing Cycle: All Club Inhale / Exhale fitness classes on punchcards are 3- month or 12- class memberships and are based your enthusiasm! Your first payment will occur immediately and recurring charges will be processed every 12 classes or 3 months to the day until membership cancellation is requested with a 30 day notice. No exceptions.
Nutritional Designs: Recurring Billing Cycle: All Club Inhale / Exhale nutritional designs are month-to month memberships or 6 month renewal automatically and are based on a 30 day recurring billing cycle or 180 day billing cycle. Your first payment will occur immediately and recurring charges will be processed every 30 or 180 day days until membership cancellation is requested 30 days in advance. No exceptions.
Fitness Designs: Recurring Billing Cycle: All Club Inhale / Exhale fitness designs are month-to month memberships or 6 month renewal automatically and are based on a 30 day recurring billing cycle or 180 day billing cycle. Your first payment will occur immediately and
recurring charges will be processed every 30 or 180 day days until membership cancellation is requested 30 days in advance. No exceptions.
30-Day Cancellation Policy: A 30, 90, 180, or 365 day written notice is required to cancel or terminate any and all memberships. Late notices will result in continued billing until cancellation terms are met. Default Billing: All members are required to keep an active credit card or bank account on file to be used for membership dues, retail purchases or default billing.
Default billing: More than 2 default billing days per service will result in 100% fee plus 50% and invoice will be sent to your home email address with follow up. If you choose ahead of time: We have a community service fee that takes care of your last month with us, if you decide to terminate your service with us we will use this towards your last month as there is a 30 notice of termination. The fee is equal to 1 month. When you make your notice of termination you will be charged a fee equal to 1 month of your selected service(s) on the day you request termination, we do not pro-rate any charges.
No Refunds: once registration has been submitted or payment has been received there are no refunds under any circumstances.
General Class Policies: Missed Classes/Make-ups: All missed classes due to vacation, illness or leave of absence must be made-up during your current billing cycle and may not be carried over to future cycles. A medical note is required to suspend membership in the event of illness, injury or medical leave of absence. All classes require advance registration and any class that is missed and not canceled properly will result in a $15 fee charged directly to your card on file. We have a waiting list for class and to not cancel a class would keep the next person in line on the waiting list from utilizing that spot.
Club Inhale / Exhale is not responsible for injuries that arise during classes, one on one or any other services. Nutritional Design or consults: Allergies, skin irritations, bowel movements, tastes, crowns, dental issues, braces, abdominal issues, gas, muscle weaknesses, or bodily malfunctions known or unknown are the responsibility of the client.
Nutritional Designs are based on the client’s journals, likes, dislikes and are upgrades to their blood type. No refunds on blood type kit results if any of the aforementioned are met.
Vacation Week(s): During 2-3 weeks spread throughout the calendar year we may close all business operations for vacation breaks for members and staff.
Misc:Upgrades/Downgrades: Membership changes must be made in writing to upgrade or downgrade membership to another plan. LATE
PAYMENTS: (For Cash/check paying members). We do not accept cash or check.
