We’ve taken the guesswork out of eating healthy and losing weight. Our healthy meal plans can help you lose up to 2 pounds a week if weight loss is your goal or just help you eat a more balanced diet.

The plans are designed by Club Inhale/Exhale’s food and nutrition experts and our weekly meal plans include a variety of healthy, delicious recipes.

Our nutrition program is specifically designed to target each individual’s needs.

We will work through any health habits and conditions that a client may possess in order to help them accomplish their goals.Additionally, we help clients work through any health conditions that may inhibit them from achieving success with a nutrition program.

At Club Inhale/Exhale in Billerica, we individualize each nutrition program accordingly.We work with clients on all nutritional goals.  Our clients find our nutrition program easy to follow with tons of food and variety.As such, if a client is training or working towards an event, our food and nutrition experts at Club Inhale/Exhale work in house at our studio located in Billerica MA as well as within our online nutrition program and will mold a customized nutrition program that fits the individual’s needs.

This is very important since each person or athlete needs different types of nutrition depending on the event or sport they are partaking in.  Everyone is an athlete!

Health Benefits

A nutrition program provides one with incredible benefits that include not only losing fat and gaining more muscle, but also with living a prolonged and healthier life.

Heart Health – Obtaining a diet that is low in fat, cholesterol and sodium can dramatically lower risk for potential heart disease.

Bone & Teeth Strength – Crafting a nutritional program that is rich in calcium will keep your bones and teeth strong, which also prevents bone loss that is associated with osteoporosis.

Brain HealthPartaking in proper nutrition increases blood flow to the brain.  In return, this protects brain cells which will assist in the prevention of Alzheimer’s disease.

Health HabitsBy adapting to a nutrition program, an individual will form healthy habits that will help them obtain a well-balanced diet throughout their life.  However, it does take time and discipline to build a routine that will reflect positive nutritional habits.  Just remember, in the long run, forming these positive nutritional habits will help you live a longer and more fulfilled life.

Consistent Energy

While it is true that most nutrition programs will take a few days before a client can see results, the benefits of having a growth in daily energy levels can be felt almost immediately with a balanced diet.

Why is this?

If a diet consists of sugars and foods high in fat, energy levels will actually be depleted during the course of the day.  There will be a sugar “high” that will rapidly diminish and one will feel less-energized as a result.

The reason sugars and fats have this effect on the body?

Fats are slow to digest; they do not supply an individual with a consistent stream of energy throughout the day.  Likewise, sugar creates surges of energy in the blood level, and this energy “high,” developed by sugar, will fluctuate as a result.

By involving oneself in a healthy diet, energy levels stay consistent throughout the day so that you can be work at your best and stay focused.

Weight Control

A nutrition program is an excellent way to prevent weight gain or to lose those extra pounds.  In order to prevent weight gain, you must not consume more calories than what you burn off each day.  If you wish to lose weight, then you must burn off more calories than what you consume.

Although this may seem straight-forward, it can be tricky for an individual to craft a nutrition program that provides them with all of the nutrients that they need to live healthy lives, while simultaneously pursuing their quest to lose weight or prevent weight gain.

Additionally, aside from body image, weight control is important because it reduces risk for obesity-related health conditions such as type-2 diabetes, clogged arteries and thyroid dysfunction.

Self Confidence

Not many realize how much self-confidence can be generated by adapting to a nutrition program.  Individuals feel the benefits of embracing a positive nutritional diet whether they are at your ideal weight or not.

In the past, many individuals have turned to “comfort food” or alcohol to cope with emotional or psychological events.  However, neither of these will make an individual feel better and, in fact, both of these “solutions” will actually make them feel worse in the long run.

Adapting a nutritious lifestyle will increase the blood flow to their brain, release endorphin’s and positive feelings about themselves and their daily interactions.  Not to mention that working towards a nutritional goal it automatically generates that feeling of accomplishment on a daily basis.
